Project Sales Executive || Vadodara

Job Title: AID- Executive

Secondary Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage business relationships with high-end architects, interior designers, and other key influencers in the urban market.
• Identify opportunities to drive secondary sales and expand business within the urban market segment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals.
• Actively engage with architects and interior designers to generate leads, build brand awareness, and secure business.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and prospects to maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products and services.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in secondary sales, with a focus on the urban market.
• Strong network and existing relationships with high-end architects and interior designers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive sales.
• Strong leadership and team-handling abilities, with experience in managing a team to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the urban market.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Education & Experience:

• MBA & Any Graduate (Preferred).
• Minimum [2- 7] years of experience in secondary sales, preferably within the architecture or interior design industry.
