Educational Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale projects and programs, ensuring seamless integration across various work streams. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program outcomes. Required Skills: Strategy & Planning: Strong demonstrated abilities in setting and executing strategic plans across complex projects and programs. Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of driving accountability and ownership within cross-functional teams. Program Management: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale programs with cross-work stream integration. Financial & Resource Management: Expertise in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
