Project / Program Management Practitioner

You will be responsible for standardizing program management practices across the Data Platform & Engineering organization to ensure alignment, efficiency, and transparency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating and aligning with multiple product line teams daily to implement the operating model and reporting standards - Driving process adherence and knowledge capture to ensure consistent documentation of all relevant artifacts for future reference and auditability - Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization landscape to proactively address blockers, gaps, and dependencies - Facilitating iteration and quarterly planning using Jira for multiple product teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals - Ensuring data integrity by accurately reflecting team commitments in the program management tool (Jira) for project status and progress tracking - Validating well-defined Epics and accurate estimates, with continuous refinement to enhance predictability in delivery - Managing scope, risks, and issues by diligently tracking them within Jira and adhering to program guidelines for transparency and proactive mitigation - Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies identified by the finance team within Jira for accurate financial tracking and reporting Qualifications required for this role include: - 4 to 7 years of prior project management or scrum master experience - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field If you have additional safety training, licensing, or personal protection requirements, please provide details as needed.
