Project / Program Management Practitioner

You will be responsible for standardizing program management practices within the Data Platform & Engineering organization to ensure alignment, efficiency, and transparency. This includes collaborating with product teams, enforcing process adherence, and capturing knowledge for future reference and auditability. Your role will involve developing a comprehensive understanding of the organization landscape to proactively identify and address blockers, gaps, and dependencies. You will facilitate iteration and quarterly planning using Jira for multiple product teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals. It will be crucial to maintain data integrity by accurately reflecting team commitments in Jira, serving as a single source of truth for project status and progress. You will validate that Epics are well-defined and estimates are accurate, continuously refining them as new requirements emerge for more predictable delivery. Additionally, you will diligently manage scope, risks, and issues by tracking them within Jira, adhering to program guidelines to ensure transparency and proactive mitigation. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving billing discrepancies identified by the finance team within Jira to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. To excel in this role, you should have 4 to 7 years of prior project management or scrum master experience. A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position. Proficiency in Scrum (Software Development) and Jira is essential for success in this role.,
