Job Description

The role of the Project Procurement & PO Specialist is to produce and issue Purchase Orders based on instructions from the Hungry Jacks Development team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Generating Purchase orders (PO s) for capital projects. Information to create the PO s come from a standard template generated from various officers from the Hungry Jacks Development team in Australia
PO s to accurately reflect the information provided on the standard template
PO s to be issued in a timely fashion to the relevant supplier without delays
PO s to be raised using standard software (Oracle) provided by Hungry Jacks
It is envisaged that there will be 80 projects per annum that require Purchase orders raised. Typically, there would be 20 purchase orders per project
