• Develop project schedules (Primavera/MS Project/Excel)
• Track site progress & prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Allocate resources and coordinate with procurement & stores
• Interface with civil, MEP, and electrical teams
• Identify risks & propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure testing & commissioning activities are timely planned
• Manage project documentation and change control
• Ensure customer satisfaction & billing documentation
Candidate Profile Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or related field
• Experience: 48 years (MEP/Construction projects mandatory)
• Software: MS Project, Excel, Primavera (preferred)
Skills: Communication, problem-solving, planning, coordination
• Must be proactive, process-driven, and a team player
