Be the SAP Activate Subject matter expert in Kaar Project/ Program

Be the day in and day out maintainer's of SAP Project / Program Planning by activity level

The one's who will take the documentation and execution standards to every program globally They should ensure all the sign off's are obtained and the necessary documentation standards are done

They should maintain the Project plan base line version's of past and current all the time

They should follow up with individual consultants to ensure Project activities are completed

They should follow up with customer / consultant to ensure Task / Activities overdue does not happen.

They should monitor the critical path of the project and ensure activities do not impact Critical path.

They should maintain the task dependencies.

They should be the planners inside the project

They should also track the issues and over due issues and report periodically on behalf of Project Manager

They should also manage the risk registry and ensure risks are highlighted on time and resolution obtained by Project Manager

They should register the Change Request on Scope, CR on cost, CR on schedule etc.,

They should manage the SAP cutover orchestrator(Yet to be functionality) along with Project Manager

They should orchestrate the sign off's along with Project Manager

They should conduct training's on Kaar Project Planning tool for customer and consultants and Project Manager in every project periodically

They should manage the User engine / Authorisation engine of KTern for each of the Project They should manage the Portfolio dashboard of each of the project

They should manage the SAP project progress metrics % and ensure no discrepancies exist on them

They should do the UAT for Kaar Project Planning tool new functionalities.

They should globally operate and embed in every project.
