**Job Description:** As a Project Control and Project Monitoring professional at WSP, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of planning, scheduling, and programming of work for assigned projects. Your key duties and responsibilities will include: - Leading planning input on projects to ensure consistent and effective delivery aligned with scope, time, cost, and quality requirements. - Establishing baseline schedules and control procedures to monitor progress and identify issues early. - Providing progress and earned value reports for financial forecasting and enabling timely corrective actions. - Supporting project planning, scheduling, and control inputs for estimating and tendering activities. - Promoting a high-performance culture aligned with WSP values by actively participating in performance management. - Contributing to the planning and control strategies of assigned projects, including the development of standards, procedures, dashboards, and progress reporting. - Assisting senior planners in monitoring project risks, issues, resource allocation, and CPM analysis. **Key Competencies / Skills:** **Mandatory Skills:** - Strong expertise in project scheduling using tools such as Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, and Microsoft Project. - Solid understanding and application of Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Techniques, and general project management principles. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for creating tools and dashboards. - In-depth knowledge of project scheduling philosophies, principles, practices, and techniques. - Experience in reviewing and ensuring the quality of junior planners" work with excellent communication skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization. - Ability to mentor and guide junior planners to deliver planning outputs on time and within budget. - Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. - Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2). - Additional qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management preferred. **About WSP:** WSP is a leading professional services consulting firm dedicated to local communities and driven by international expertise.
