Project Planner

Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Planner cum Administrator to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, monitoring, coordination, and administrative support for our PEB structural projects. Strong knowledge of Primavera software is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6)
• Track project progress, update schedules, and generate reports
• Coordinate between design, procurement, production, and erection teams
• Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and support recovery planning
• Assist in resource planning and allocation
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Support general administrative tasks related to project execution
• Coordinate meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning (PEB/Construction/Structural)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects
• Experience in a structural steel or PEB manufacturing environment is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management
• Primavera Certification is an added advantage
