Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to lead the development and operations of the Bandhak West Coal Mine. This is a unique opportunity to drive a greenfield mining project, from land acquisition to full-scale operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coal mining and project management, with strong leadership skills to handle this crucial role.Key Responsibilities:Spearhead the development of the Bandhak West coal mine, including infrastructure and operational setup.Oversee land acquisition, rehabilitation, and resettlement processes while collaborating with local stakeholders.Manage all aspects of mine planning, ensuring alignment with regulatory and environmental standards.Liaise with government authorities to secure statutory clearances and permits.Recruit, train, and manage the on-site workforce.Monitor procurement and maintenance of mining equipment.Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations.Track project progress, manage budgets, and submit timely reports to senior management.Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities and government bodies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.A valid First-Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal) issued by DGMS.Additional qualifications such as an MBA in project management or operations (optional but preferred).Experience:Minimum 10-15 years of experience in coal mining, with substantial expertise in open-cast mine development.Proven ability to manage greenfield mining projects, from inception to operation.Expertise in land acquisition and stakeholder negotiations.Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards.Proficiency in mining technology and software.Skills:Exceptional project management and leadership capabilities.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to handle dynamic challenges and ensure timely project delivery.Perks:Opportunity to lead a critical greenfield mining project.Competitive salary and benefits package.On-site accommodation.

We are looking for an experienced and visionary General Manager – Projects to spearhead the entire greenfield project implementation. The General Manager – Projects will be fully responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from conceptualization, vendor and contractor onboarding, technology integration, and construction management to commissioning and final handover. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of multidisciplinary project environments, with a laser focus on schedule adherence, milestone tracking, cost control, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of multi-phase projects. Define and enforce project governance structures, reporting frameworks, and progress-tracking mechanisms. Manage selection, negotiations, and performance of contractors, consultants, technology licensors, and vendors. Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure project alignment with strategic and financial goals. Proactively identify risks, delays, and cost overruns, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and government norms at all project stages. Drive cross-functional coordination across stakeholders, consultants, and third-party agencies. Provide regular updates to the Managing Director and Board on project status, key milestones, and challenges. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (Master’s preferred). Minimum 30 years of experience , with at least 15 years in leadership roles overseeing complex, greenfield, multi-billion-dollar projects. Strong track record in chemicals, energy, infrastructure, coal, or similar industrial sectors. Deep knowledge of project management frameworks, contract management, and construction methodologies. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills. Adept at managing multiple internal and external stakeholders under tight timelines.
