**Job Description:** As a Project Manager in a healthcare setting, your role will involve planning, executing, and managing hospital healthcare projects. These projects can include a variety of initiatives such as quality and process improvement, workflow enhancements, patient and community projects, facility service expansions, and regulatory compliance efforts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. - Lead project teams comprising clinicians, IT professionals, administrative staff, and external vendors. - Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. - Ensure projects adhere to healthcare regulations and compliance standards. - Facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth project execution and change management. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, business requirements, and post-project evaluations. - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. - Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Post Graduation in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field is preferred. - Graduates without a PG degree from a clinical field with 5-7 years of project management experience are encouraged to apply. - Graduates from other fields (such as technology or engineering) with experience in a healthcare setting will be considered. - Any certification related to Project Management will be a plus. - Proven experience in leading complex projects with cross-functional teams. - Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel. - Understanding of healthcare operations, terminology, and regulatory environment. Knowledge of clinical quality improvement is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills, including meeting facilitation, note-taking, and presentation skills. Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations is required. - Curious, analytical, and highly organized problem solver with strong leadership skills. Please note that this is a full-time position with the benefit of food provided. The work schedule is during day shifts at the designated in-person work location.,
