We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무

* Plan, manage, and execute projects to meet business objectives

 프로젝트를 기획, 관리, 실행하여 비즈니스 목표 달성

* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders

 이해관계자와 협업하여 프로젝트 범위, 목표 및 결과물 정의

* Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation

 프로젝트 계획, 일정 및 자원 배분 수립

* Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate communication

 크로스펑셔널 팀을 리딩하고 커뮤니케이션 조율

* Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively

 진행 상황 모니터링, 리스크 관리 및 문제 선제적 해결

* Prepare project reports and present updates to management

 프로젝트 보고서 작성 및 경영진 보고

🔹 Qualifications / 지원 자격

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field

 경영학, 관리학, 공학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위

* 5+ years of project management experience

 프로젝트 관리 경력 5년 이상

* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

 프로젝트 관리 방법론(Agile, Waterfall 등)에 대한 이해

* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

 뛰어난 조직 관리, 리더십 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

 엄격한 기한 내 다수 프로젝트 동시 관리 능력

* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)

 프로젝트 관리 툴(MS Project, Jira, Asana 등) 활용 능력

* Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred

 한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대
