• Effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project completion.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, and resources, proactively adapting plans to mitigate risks and meet deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, identify key learnings, and improve future processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and project management excellence within the organization.
• Responsibilities also include managing Scrum/Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborating with US-based clients to enhance project outcomes.

• Bachelors (Preferred)

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on project management experience.
• Proven success in managing and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard project management processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
