Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end execution of retail and commercial interior projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple retail/commercial fit-out projects simultaneously. Plan, schedule, and execute site activities as per approved drawings. Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, billing, and site teams. Manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and ensure adherence to quality & safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections, track progress, and resolve execution challenges. Prepare and track project schedules (MS Project/Primavera preferred). Conduct client meetings, update project status, and address concerns. Control project costs and minimize deviations through proactive planning. Ensure project completion within time, budget, and design specifications. Handle handover documentation, snag lists, and final certifications.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of interior execution, joinery, services (HVAC, Electrical), and commercial fit-out workflows. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD reading, and site ma
