Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic project oversight of tasks, deliverables, and stakeholders
Assist PMO in providing high level project reporting
Implement Agile Project Management approaches delivery centric over documentation / process
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Track and report on project KPIs, resource utilization, and financials.
Ensure timely communication and escalation of project risks and blockers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones, including engineering, operations, and client stakeholders.
Monitor and track status for multiple, complex projects and report regularly in a clear and concise manner
Provide ownership of resource and project management including planning, assessment, assignment of projects, while monitoring progress, timelines, managing resources and customer satisfaction
Establish deadlines taking contingency time into account. Assign responsibilities and move responsibilities when needed. When necessary, adjust deadlines and communicate prior to missing target date

Experience:

5+ years of customer-facing experience in IT project management, preferably in a managed services or consulting environment.
Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure projects (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
