Job Description

Manage UI/UX development projects across web and mobile platforms from kickoff to deployment.
Coordinate between front-end developers, designers, and backend teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking for UI/UX-related features.
Ensure implementation of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance best practices.
Review front-end code quality and facilitate resolution of development blockers.
Translate business and design requirements into technical tasks and realistic timelines.
Monitor KPIs like page performance, UI responsiveness, and user engagement metrics

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and state management tools.
Familiarity with design systems and their implementation in code.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and responsive development.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

Preferred:

Experience integrating UI components with backend APIs.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
Basic familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for bridging design-to-code handoffs.
