Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of our 12-acre township project. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on knowledge in public health infrastructure—including plumbing, electrical systems, sewage treatment plants (STP), water supply networks, sewage lines, and road construction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee end-to-end township development activities from site preparation to project completion Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and government bodies to ensure compliance and project integrity Supervise installation and inspection of public health systems (plumbing, STP, water supply, sewerage) and utilities Plan and execute road works, drainage systems, and electrical infrastructure according to regulatory standards Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control protocols Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials and technical resources Manage documentation, reporting, and safety compliance throughout the construction phases Provide technical solutions and on-ground decision-making during civil and utility execution works Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Diploma holders with extensive experience may be considered) Minimum 10–15 years of experience in township or large-scale residential/commercial development Proven expertise in public health engineering, including plumbing, STP, electrical networks, and road works Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9780043310 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
