Project Manager

Thoucentric, the Consulting arm of Xoriant, a leading digital engineering services company, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team. With a presence in various global locations, including the US, UK, Singapore, and Australia, we specialize in providing Business Consulting, Program & Project Management, Digital Transformation, and more across functional areas such as Supply Chain, Finance & HR, Sales & Distribution. As a Project Manager at Thoucentric, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the complete lifecycle of projects in industries like FMCG, Consumer goods, and Retail. You will manage agile projects, collaborate with global teams, define solution roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will also include creating project plans, aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and providing post-deployment support. Additionally, you will engage with clients to manage expectations, identify new opportunities, and drive solution adoption. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in agile project management, possess a PMP certification, and have a track record of delivering large-scale technology transformation projects. You must be able to work effectively with global teams, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate a strong focus on customer value realization. Experience with planning implementations like o9, Manugistics, SAP APO, SAP IBP, and Oracle SCM will be beneficial. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with a hybrid work mode.
