Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead, plan, execute, and deliver projects successfully within time, scope, and budget. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring client satisfaction.Diploma or BE/Btech in Civil Engineering, time management of the projects, project management in civil engineering15+ years of experience in real estate industryKey Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects.Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or disruptions.Budget & Resource Management: Ensure proper allocation of resources, manage project budgets, and monitor financial performance.Timeline Management: Ensure that projects are delivered on time, adjusting schedules as needed based on project progression.Quality Control: Ensure that the deliverables meet the company's standards and client requirements.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare progress reports, and present results to senior management and stakeholders.
