Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Development to lead and manage software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Roles Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for software development initiatives.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and methodologies.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and quality standards.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Candidates must possess at least one of the following certifications: Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
