Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager Technical Support located in Patna. The Project Manager will handle the daily tasks of managing technical support projects, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely delivery of support services. Responsibilities include overseeing the technical support team, analyzing project requirements, planning, and executing project deliverables, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Technical Support skills
• Project Management, Program Management, and Project Managers experience
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience in the technical support industry is a plus

Total Exp : 8-20 Yrs

Salary : Upto 10 LPA

Location : Patna
