Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects from inception to completion. Utilizing your strong background in project management methodologies, leadership, and communication, you will ensure timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall project management, including construction management, design management, cost management, planning and procurement, and quality management. - Utilize soft skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, MSP, and effective communication. - Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for complex and large-scale initiatives. - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets. - Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors/consultants for project plan execution. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure resource availability and effective allocation. - Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on progress, issues, and solutions. - Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. - Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions. - Implement and ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMI/PMBOK). - Mentor and guide junior project managers or team leads. Qualifications: - M.tech/B.E. Civil degree. - 15+ years of project management experience. - Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Proven track record of managing budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet). - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts diplomatically. - Experience in the Hospital sector.
