Job Description

Manage complex programs from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Define and develop the project scope and objectives in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Develop detailed project plan and individual workstreams. Develop comprehensive project plans, workstreams, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Responsible for setting up and running the project governance Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders. Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and address any issues or challenges. Good to have PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable. Banking-specific qualifications (e.g., Certifications in CBS solutions like Finacle or SAP Banking) are a plus.
