Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Hold a bachelor's degree from a reputed university; [mention if you have a master's degree as preferred]. Possess 2 to 4 years of post-qualification work experience, including prior engagement with government stakeholders. Demonstrated a strong track record of project delivery and management, especially in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Skilled at analyzing complex problems, developing solutions, and making informed recommendations. Action-oriented mindset with excellent planning skills, capable of setting priorities, planning effectively, and meeting deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hindi, enabling clear collaboration with government officials, district/bloc officials, and teachers. Proven ability to build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with government stakeholders. Proactive in identifying and addressing execution gaps in a timely manner by working closely with project leads to implement viable solutions. Prior experience or genuine interest in the education sector, public/development sector, consulting, or corporate environments. Mission-driven, optimistic, and enthusiastic, with a strong belief in achieving transformational change in education. Willingness to be based at the state site near stakeholders and the team, with openness to regular travel to Delhi and districts in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana.
