Job Description

Location - Talegaon

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols
Serve as the bridge between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teamsfacilitating smooth project execution and communication
Prepare and monitor project reporting such as Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports (WPR/MPR), and commercial documentation (BOQs, contractor bills, contracts, claims)
Assist in procurement and cost management ensuring timely materials availability and accurate cost tracking
Conduct site inspections for workmanship, resolve on-site issues, identify risks, and propose mitigations; ensure QA/QC and safety compliance
Lead technical review meetings, manage documentation, and support project planning (scope, tendering, Gantt schedules, procurement strategies)
Provide technical guidance, especially if overseeing junior engineers or site teams

Qualifications & Skills

Education
: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent; Diploma accepted in some roles
Experience
:

Senior Engineer: Typically 5-8 years of end-to-end construction experience
Project Manager: Around 10+ years of experience in building construction, real estate sector, vendor & people management, crisis handling, etc.
