I’m looking to hire a Project Manager for a new video content startup we're launching, focused on creating highly engaging 8–10 minute short films for Facebook and YouTube . This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something big — we’re aiming for 50M+ views per video . You'll be part of a fast-moving, creative-first team , helping us scale viral storytelling content across India and beyond. 🎯 Your Role: As the Creative Project Manager , you’ll take ownership of managing the end-to-end production process for our video content — from team building to final publishing. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Team Recruitment: Hire and manage scriptwriters, editors, cinematographers, and actors Production Management: Coordinate shooting schedules, props, locations, and logistics Creative Coordination: Collaborate with the founder on script selection, casting, and shoot planning Post-Production Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality final edits Publishing Prep: Organize content release plans, thumbnails, and metadata for YouTube/Facebook Budget Monitoring: Track and manage production costs per video Rapid Execution: Move fast — from script to screen in days, not weeks ✅ Who You Are: Organized, creative, and able to manage people and timelines efficiently Understands basic video production workflows (short films or digital content experience is a plus) Self-starter with ownership mentality.
