Job Description
- Responsible for project completion as per schedule
- Management of Technical/ Engineering/ Supervision team for all site work- Coordinate with all external consultants, Architects, Structural engineers, Fire extinguisher team, Landscaping team, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) management team, Contractor, Engineers etc.- Ensure construction quality as per technical plan- Ensure complete safety and security for onsite work as well as construction items- Drawing up detailed project plan, cost estimates, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting project budget to get the work executed as per the drawings.
Skills - AutoCad, M.S.Office, Internet Usage, Project Management skills, Relationship Management.
Experience -
- Min 10 years experience in construction projects
- Having experience in construction of high rise residential buildings- Should have worked with good companies in construction line
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
