Job Description

As a Project Coordinator for Secure Power (West) in the region of Maharashtra, Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to oversee the coordination of trade-up projects related to power and cooling equipment. This includes managing site installations and modifications, as well as closely monitoring billing and revenue generation. You will be in charge of the entire project management cycle, starting from the handover process after tendering, through to site commissioning, and finally handing over the completed project to the customer. This will require coordination with various internal teams such as Customer Service, Sales, Data Centers, Logistics, and Commercial departments to ensure timely billing, dispatch, and customer satisfaction. Having a comprehensive understanding of Secure Power products related to power and cooling is essential for this role. You will be required to liaise with the delivery team and internal stakeholders to create work orders for Statement of Work (SOW) preparation, including details such as PC, SR number, etc. Additionally, you will need to manage vendor relationships by explaining SOWs and planning project executions. Your duties will also involve following up with engineers to ensure timely reporting for work orders and initiating the invoicing process. It will be your responsibility to prepare SOWs in alignment with SR requirements and maintain regular communication with customers to address any queries or concerns they may have. Furthermore, you will be expected to monitor the backlog data and recurring forecasts, provide support to the sales team in terms of B2B visibility and booking, and coordinate transportation and vendors effectively to ensure smooth project execution. This is a full-time position with an ongoing unposting date, giving you the opportunity to contribute to the success of projects in the Secure Power sector while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.,
