Role & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, risks, and success criteria.
  
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and reports to ensure on-time delivery.
  
• Identify and resolve impediments affecting team performance.
  
• Act as Scrum Master, driving Agile/Lean adoption and continuous improvement.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  
• Track and analyze delivery metrics to improve efficiency and value realization.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  8+ years in IT with strong project management and Scrum Master experience.

• Qualification:

  B.Tech / B.Sc (IT) / MCA or equivalent.
• Hands-on expertise in

  Agile and Scrum methodologies

  .
• Strong

  leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Proven ability to manage

  multiple priorities and project constraints

  .

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM)

  preferred.
