Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Develop and communicate a clear project strategy to the team.Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams of SAP FICO consultants, developers, and business analysts. Allocate resources, set priorities, and ensure that team members are aligned with project goals.SAP FICO Implementation: Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules. Ensure that SAP solutions meet business requirements, best practices, and industry standards.Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions to new SAP FICO processes. Ensure that end-users are trained and supported during the project.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders. Provide regular updates, conduct status meetings, and manage stakeholder expectations.
