Description
You will be playing a crucial role as an S&OP Project Manager at McCain Foods, contributing to the modernization of supply chain planning capabilities through a strategic digital transformation initiative. **Key Responsibilities:** - Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for a large-scale program. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Managing multiple concurrent tracks of work, including process design, technology solution design, data management and integration, software configuration, user training, testing, cutover, deployment, and change management. - Monitoring project progress, identifying, assessing, and managing risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. - Holding vendors accountable to performance and deliverables in accordance with contractual obligations. - Allocating and managing project resources effectively to optimize project efficiency. - Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations of project leaders. **You will also be responsible for:** - Maintaining clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders. - Preparing and delivering project reports, presentations, and documentation as required. - Championing ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for agile project management and improve team efficiency and effectiveness. **Your role will involve team collaboration, where you will:** - Help the team towards swift and clear decision-making, tracking risks, and issues for escalations. - Build relationships and establish trust with cross-functional team members and stakeholders. - Promote empowerment of the global, cross-functional team and ensure a collaborative, productive, and motivated team. **Key Skills and Competencies:** - Implementation of technology. - BlueYonder - Supply Chain (Good to have), S&OP, AND EXPOSURE TO END TO END SUPPLY CHAIN. - Global deployment for Technology. - Stakeholder management at all levels. - Waterfall (certification), Built phase: Scrum and Agile methodology. - Multi-vendor engagement, 3rd party vendor management. - Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to communicate program objectives and maintain alignment with stakeholders. - Possesses an agile mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to change, embrace continuous improvement, and foster innovation within project teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 3 or more years of experience in IT business/industry with Project Management experience and increasing leadership responsibilities. - Demonstrated experience in managing upward among senior leadership and ensuring accountability of the team. - Demonstrated experience in leading work completion that has been delivered with Agile Methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Knowledge of project planning tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps with evidence of practical application. - Proven ability to lead and manage globally dispersed cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional). - Agile Methodology certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master). **Location:** Job is primarily performed in the local office in Gurugram. **Travel:** Occasional travel may be needed.,
