Project Manager

• Project Planning and Scheduling:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Set project milestones, establish deadlines, and track progress to ensure timely project completion.

Anticipate potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust schedules as necessary to stay on track.

Communicate the progress to stakeholders in regular intervals.

• Resource Management:

Effectively allocate project resources, managing personnel, materials, and budget to meet project requirements and timelines.

Monitor resource utilization and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment, preventing bottlenecks and delays.

• Budget Management

Develop and track project budgets to ensure adherence to financial limits, identifying cost-saving opportunities without impacting quality or timelines.

Provide regular budget updates, including variance analysis and cost forecasts, to stakeholders and management for informed decision-making.

Effective coordination with CAPEX vendor.

• Execution and Monitoring:

Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure adherence to project timelines.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet goals.

Coordinate with Cross-functional team.

• Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and address any issues promptly.

• Quality Assurance:

Implement best practices for project management and quality assurance.

• Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and change orders.
