Job Description

As an experienced internal line manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery organization by overseeing people management, delivery tracking, monitoring, and developing client relationships. The role requires a strong focus on driving delivery, quality, and productivity in global delivery teams for a global Swiss bank in the Wealth Management area in India. You will actively support new business growth by identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context. Your role will involve suggesting competitive and innovative technical decisions to gain client buy-in and deliver commitments. In this position, you will liaise with project teams and internal/external stakeholders, with the potential for further growth. Your leadership will encompass overall responsibility for team motivation, resource planning, procedures, coaching, and team/project performance. You will provide daily operational support to the team, including addressing staff queries, feedback, and assisting in achieving business/personal goals. Additionally, you will ensure the sharing of best practices, business domain knowledge, and exploiting synergies between teams, while managing whole team Risk Management and attrition control. Collaboration with the EMEA/APAC Head will be crucial to achieving project business goals. You will also work on contract details such as evaluation, extension, assignment of bonuses, and be involved in operational/tactical/strategic activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for hiring for the team/project and monitoring the mood of team members to ensure effective support. **Mandatory Skills Description:** - Minimum 3 years of previous experience working as a Project Manager, Resource Manager, or in a similar role related to staff and client management. - Proven experience in sustaining a team size of 50+ FTE, preferably in an outsourcing/offshore setup. - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customer representatives, and senior management. - Pro-activeness, responsiveness, strong soft skills, willingness to learn and grow professionally. - Ability to deliver innovative solutions for team morale and communicate effectively with large audiences to explain formulated solutions. - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). **Nice-to-Have Skills Description:** - Experience in finance, banking, or telecom area is highly desirable.,
