We've secured a spot among the top 5 players in the industry, and our next goal is breaking into the top 3 within three years.We are looking for a seasoned and highly capable Project Manager to join Recruiterflow. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our implementation and onboarding processes, ensuring strategic value for our global clients. With a strong emphasis on scalability, quality, and customer success, you will be instrumental in fostering long-term platform adoption and delivering immediate, impactful results.You will work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to streamline integrations, optimize implementation frameworks, and ensure every client experiences a seamless transition to Recruiterflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and Drive Implementation Strategy - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations, ensuring successful onboarding and rapid time-to-value across diverse client segments in North America and Europe.
- Client Discovery & Solution Mapping - Deep dive into client systems, processes, and goals to design tailored onboarding solutions. Translate business needs into clear, actionable project roadmaps and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Data Migration & Systems Integration - Design robust frameworks for migrating legacy data and digital assets with minimal disruption. Partner with technical teams to implement integrations and ensure technical compatibility.
- Program Leadership & Execution - Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and SLAs. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and communications across all levels of stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication - Serve as the senior liaison for clients during implementation, providing structured updates, reporting progress against KPIs, and ensuring clear, proactive communication at all stages.
- Implementation Process Optimization - Identify inefficiencies, recurring bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. Standardize processes and documentation to support scale and repeatability across customer tiers.
- Metrics & Continuous Improvement - Track implementation success metrics, analyze post-go-live adoption, and partner with CSMs and Product to feed learnings back into the product roadmap and onboarding strategies.
- Team Mentorship & Leadership - Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of onboarding playbooks, best practices, and scalable onboarding strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 67 years of total experience and 2-3 years in leading end-to-end SaaS implementations, preferably in fast-growing B2B tech environments.
- Proven track record in managing complex client deployments with multiple stakeholders and integrations.
- Strong technical aptitude to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Experience in data migration, process automation, and cloud-based platforms.
- Structured, proactive, and quality-focused approach to execution.
- Demonstrated ability to scale processes, build documentation, and lead initiatives across cross-functional teams.
