Project Manager – Real Estate Development

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development project. Must have experience in Group Housing project. Experience: 15 Years Salary: As per company standards Education: Diploma / Degree in Engineering Job Location: Ludhiana Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for real estate developments – from pre-construction to handover. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and resource planning. Monitor construction progress, quality, costs, safety compliance, and project risks. Manage contracts, approvals, legal and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain project reports, schedules, and communication plans. Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to design, specifications, and timelines. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members. Lead stakeholder meetings and act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior management. Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
