Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT project management, Agile methodologies, and SDLC processes . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing risks, and driving successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects from inception to closure , ensuring scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, communication, and budget are effectively handled. Apply Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Act as a Scrum Master , ensuring Agile best practices are followed and facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration. Work closely with Value Stream Leads and Sub-Value Stream Leads to monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and manage financials. Provide regular reports on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials to the Core Banking Portfolio Manager and Project Steering Committee. Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and organizational processes for cost efficiency and productivity. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment , promoting teamwork and alignment with business objectives. Mandatory Skills: 8+ years of experience in IT project management Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Expertise in Jira and Confluence Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Skills (Good to Have): PMP or equivalent certification Certification in Agile, Scrum, SAFe If you are an experienced Project Manager passionate about driving Agile transformations and delivering high-impact projects, we encourage you to apply!
