Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing projects within defined requirements such as cost, time, functionality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve contributing to bid and project calculation for Siemens Process automation solutions, and managing professional stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will bear full responsibility for project performance, including scope management, risk mitigation, scheduling, execution control, time management, status reporting, and handover after completion. It is essential to stay updated on technical expertise in DCS, PLC, and Project Management best practices to successfully run complex projects. You will work within the Business Segment Solutions team, act as a strong contributor, and have P&L responsibility in assigned projects. Consultation with customers on technical solutions, coordination of project planning, resource allocation, milestone monitoring, adherence to budgets, and communication with stakeholders will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Execute projects within defined requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. - Contribute to bid and project calculation for Siemens Process automation solutions. - Manage project scope, changes, risks, scheduling, execution control, time management, and status reporting. - Stay updated on technical expertise in DCS, PLC, and Project Management best practices. - Collaborate with the Business Segment Solutions team and contribute effectively. - Have P&L responsibility in assigned projects and achieve sales targets in Revenue, GM, Costs. - Consult with customers on technical solutions in collaboration with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager. - Coordinate overall project planning, resource allocation, milestone monitoring, and adherence to budgets. - Maintain constant communication with customers, contractors, and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Around 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering or Project Management for process automation. PMP certification would be an added advantage. - Exposure to industry verticals of Chemicals or Pharmaceuticals. - Graduate/Postgraduate engineers in Instrumentation/Industrial Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunications. - Strong self-motivated individual with a focus on customer needs while meeting project KPIs. - Familiarity with project management tools and concepts (e.g., MS projects, fundamentals of critical path, etc.). - Exposure to commercial concepts and experience in procurement of project components. - Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% of the time. - Creative, ambitious, disciplined with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
