As a Project Manager at Spartek and Neycer Group, you will be responsible for overseeing precast construction projects from planning to execution. Your role will involve managing large-scale precast or civil infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and manage precast construction projects from start to finish. - Coordinate with design, production, and site teams for smooth execution. - Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation. - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. - Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. - Supervise and mentor site engineers and project staff. - Prepare project reports and maintain documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). - 8-10 years of experience in precast construction or civil projects, with 3-5 years in project management. - Strong knowledge of precast processes, production, and site management. - Proficiency in project management software (Primavera / MS Project). - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
