Role Overview: As a Project Manager for Post-Production & Multi-Project Delivery at ISB Studios, you will be responsible for overseeing and orchestrating post-production workflows and project delivery timelines. Your role will involve strategic planning, hands-on execution, and meticulous coordination to ensure timely and quality-driven releases across multiple content streams. This critical role will require you to bridge creative, operational, and stakeholder management dimensions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of post-production operations, including editing, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery for multiple concurrent projects. - Plan and manage detailed production calendars to ensure efficient execution of overlapping projects in alignment with school-wide initiatives. - Supervise daily task lists, quality control, and review cycles to ensure timely delivery of content. - Allocate and optimize internal resources such as editors, animators, and external agencies to meet project deadlines effectively. - Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams, faculty, MarCom, and program stakeholders for all post-production deliverables. - Review rough cuts, provide detailed feedback, and ensure final outputs adhere to ISB's quality and brand standards. - Manage documentation and review tracking for content versions, approvals, and feedback workflows. - Drive continuous improvement in team productivity by streamlining processes and leveraging digital tools for project tracking and reporting. - Support long-term planning by assessing content pipeline requirements across programs and ensuring optimal utilization of post-production resources. - Foster a culture of accountability and creative excellence within the post-production and delivery ecosystem of ISB Studios. Qualification Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Film Production, or equivalent field from a reputed institution. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a project management role within a content creation environment, focusing on post-production delivery. - Demonstrable experience in managing large content portfolios, complex timelines, and multiple stakeholders. - Excellent understanding of non-linear editing, animation, and sound design workflows. - Proficiency in post-production and creative software environments such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, FCP, etc. - Advanced planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills with a track record of leading high-performing creative teams. - Familiarity with digital project management platforms like Trello, Notion, Asana, or Monday.com. - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across academic, creative, and operational domains. - Ability to operate under pressure, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage conflicts in a fast-paced environment. - Strong written and oral communication skills with a collaborative and empathetic leadership style.
