Job Details Job Position: Project Manager - Plumbing & Fire Fighting Job Code: MEP-04 Functional Area: MEP Number of Position: 1 Location: Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad Experience: 7 - 12 Years Design, implement, maintain and improve plumbing and fire systems, equipment selections, specifications and other related processes for commercial and domestic (multi-family) projects. Prepare detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, specifications for Mechanical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards. Perform detailed calculations and prepare relevant technical specifications, sequence of operations, and details for the project as per customer requirements and existing conditions. Knowledge of Codes including Building Code, International Codes, Mechanical Code, Plumbing Code, Energy Code, etc. Review design concept, calculations, and drawings for the accuracy of design intent, Code Compliance, and customer requirements. Coordinate with client, project managers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of projects as per schedule and requirements. Develop cost estimation Bill of materials as per design concept. Desired Profile Qualification: BE/B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering Minimum 8 years of experience in designing Plumbing & Fire Protection systems for commercial and residential projects.
