Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Overall supervision and execution of P. Way works – track laying, realignment, turnout installation, PQRS works and welding. Planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly progress. Coordinate with railway officials for block planning, safety, and inspections. Ensure adherence to technical standards (IRPWM, RDSO Guidelines). Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors. Preparation of work schedules, DPRs, RA bills, and client correspondence. Track material planning, procurement, and inventory control. Attend meetings with clients Implement quality and safety measures as per ISO/IR standards.
