Job Description

The position of P&C Project Manager requires 6-10 years of work experience and will be based in Hyderabad, with the option of working from the office. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various projects for our clients. Your key duties will include project planning, execution, and timely delivery within the specified budget and scope. Effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, communication of project statuses and issues, and ensuring adherence to quality standards are also crucial aspects of this role. Your responsibilities will involve defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility. Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies will be essential. Monitoring project progress, performance, and quality through suitable tools and techniques, as well as managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate control mechanisms, will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, reporting project issues and risks to senior management, managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement, supervising project team members and external vendors, and ensuring client requirements are met through high-quality deliverables will be key responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience, preferably in the IT sector within the P&C domain, is required. Proficiency in P&C Domain knowledge, especially with Duck Creek system knowledge, is preferred. A strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, familiarity with project management software tools, and exposure to project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall are essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. The role demands the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Possession of a PMP certification or any relevant certification would be advantageous.,
