Project Manager, Operations Centre of Excellence, Director

Role Overview: Join us as a Project Manager, Operations Centre of Excellence in India at a director level position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead work initiatives by preparing, managing, and reporting on all project plans, controls, and resource plans - Ensure adequate preparation of the business and effective engagement of stakeholders to enable change implementation - Build and maintain positive working relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple domains and functions - Produce executive level presentations and lead a team of external suppliers, working closely with supply chain services - Empower and lead a team through the project lifecycle, identifying, tracking, managing, and mitigating project risks - Define project documentation aligned with strategic goals, track and report project costs, ensure deliverables meet requirements, and adhere to governance framework - Shape business cases, secure funding, address policy/control shortfalls, and implement strategic solutions in response Qualifications Required: - Experience with Agile processes and ceremonies, familiarity with Model Risk governance - Experience in driving large-scale automation or AI, understanding emerging technical capabilities for Operations - Ability to analyze a broad range of data (Operational, Technology, Finance, HR) for problem-solving and decision-making - Strong organizational skills, ability to produce executive level presentations - Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to engage with multiple stakeholders at a senior level - Critical thinking skills for making sound decisions balanced against risks,
