About the Role

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring productivity and alignment with project goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and create detailed project plans.
Oversee development projects involving

Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; create mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining software quality and coding standards.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure smooth release cycles.
Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
