Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end customer project delivery

  , ensuring scope, time, budget, and quality goals are achieved.
• Oversee

  project financials

  including P&L management, cost control, and reliable financial forecasting.
• Identify and develop

  new business opportunities

  within existing projects; act as opportunity manager for medium to high-risk deals.
• Build and maintain

  strong client relationships

  , representing the company with professionalism and trust.
• Lead and mentor a

  project team of up to 20 members

  , providing feedback, performance input, and skill development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive

  timely and successful execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 69 years

  of experience in project management within IT/ITES or related industries.

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field (PMP certification preferred or on certification path).
• Strong knowledge of

  project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks

  .
• Proven expertise in

  stakeholder management, financial tracking, and risk handling

  .
• Excellent

  communication and leadership skills

  , with the ability to inspire teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
