Project Manager (Music & Customer Liaison)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized, music-savvy Project Manager to oversee our custom song projects from start to finish. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, artists, and our internal team, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of high-quality music experiences.

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.

2. Customer Liaison: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their vision, preferences, and needs. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Artist Management: Collaborate with our network of artists, writers, and producers to assign projects, track progress, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

4. Music Production: Work closely with our music team to understand project requirements, provide feedback, and ensure that the final product meets customer expectations.

5. Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, timelines, and any issues that may arise.

6. Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet our high standards of quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Music Background: Basic understanding of music production, songwriting, or performance experience is a plus.

2. Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects from conception to delivery, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality results.

3. Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
