Project Manager Experience/ Qualification 7-15 years Diploma/ B.E/ Mechanical Plan and provide support for execution of projects. Responsible for coordination with Production department and handover of project as per schedule. Key Result Area Receive information about project from Manager Sales and understand work scope. Conduct meetings with concerned teams to discuss about work scope. Get clarity about concept and deliverables. Understand project expectations and provide solutions to clients from execution point of view. Satisfy all the queries of client. 1 Project scope Conduct project kick off meetings. Provide measurements, structure requirements to Manager Design. Handover measurement data and provide support for preparation of design. 2 Design Coordinate with GM Operations to get the update on progress of project work. Do analysis of performance against planning. Project Monitoring & Cost control Update project monitoring sheet and provide updates to Management about progress of work. Understand work requirements and coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Production, HA and other departments. Resolve work related issues and provide prompt support. Coordination and Support 3. Coordinate with client for collection of required documents, data, etc. Establish good communication link between concerned team members from own organization and client organization. Track bills and payments. Assess the payment recovery against bills. Identify reasons for payment kept on hold by customer. Understand the reasons for penalty charged by customer. Get justification and update to production team. Collect certificate in support of deduction and submit to Accounts department. 4. Payment follow-up Visit customer for payment follow up/recovery if required. Prepare minutes of meeting with customer. Send visit report/minutes of meeting to customer. Set departmental goals and align with individual goals. Identify training and development needs of team members & design development plan. 5. People management MIS & Reporting Conduct performance assessment of team members periodically and provide feedback to improve performance. Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to management in the provided format. Competencies: Strong Leadership quality and should able to handle strongly the team.
