Role & responsibilities

Employer : Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited , Mumbai

Site Location : About 30 minutes driving distance from New Panvel railway station , towards Neral Matheran road

Deputation : Full time ( 9.30 am to 6.30 pm ) at site , 6 days a week

Education : Diploma / Degree in Building Construction Engineering / Civil Engineering

Experience : Min. 20 years of building construction & related infrastructure development , in senior capacity

Experience : Must have overseen at least 1 project of 3,00,000 Sq.Ft. in managerial capacity , from start to end

Experience : Should be conversant with prevailing high end / luxury premium interior finishes

Experience : Having experience of overseen large scale hard & soft landscaping execution , shall be expected

Experience : Expertise of understanding of all residential building related MEP services shall be an advantage

Expertise Needed : Understanding deficiencies of MEP drawings in conjunction with Arch. & RCC drawings

Preferred : Candidate staying in the vicinity of New Panvel etc. , shall be given preference

Preferred : Candidates having ability to oversee multiple projects of the organization

Proficiency : Written , Spoken & Oral Fluency in English as well as spoken skills in local languages

Computers : Proficiency desired in use of Autocad & computers for fluency in MS Excel / MS Word

Joining : Preferably from 1st August 2025 or earlier

Project : Staff Training Center , spread over 16 + acres of plot area

Responsibility : Oversee construction & co-ordinate with all consultants , contractors , statutory authorities etc.

Reporting to : Company promoters & project director

Probation : 3 months from date of joining . Continuation subject to mutual satisfaction of both parties
