About the Role

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project execution for
mobile app and web development
projects.
Plan project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, task assignment, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate closely with
development, design, QA, and client teams
to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct daily/weekly project review meetings, track progress, and manage risks & dependencies.
Maintain documentation including
SRS, project plans, reports, and status dashboards
.
Ensure delivery quality and adherence to technical standards.
Manage change requests, scope, and project budgeting.
Work with tools like
Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar
.

Sales knowledge should be there as their will be son upgrade and CR targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate with relevant specialization.
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in Project Management in
IT software development
.
Strong understanding of
mobile applications (Android/iOS) & web technologies
such as:

React / React Native / Flutter / Node.js / Laravel / Next.js / WordPress (or similar tech stacks)
APIs, UI/UX fundamentals, cloud hosting, and database concepts

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
