Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including client management, site visits, and team coordination.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-10 years of experience in Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) coordination specifically in Interior Fit-Outs.
  • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or related field; MEP Coordination certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
